Our client is seeking a Japanese VIP Account Manager to provide unbeatable experience for their Japanese VIP Clients. This is a Hybrid position in Malta
Main Responsibilities:
- Building long-term customer relationships to increase engagement and gain the loyalty and trust of Japanese VIP players
- Taking ownership of the assigned portfolio and managing players proactively
- Delivering outstanding service to Japanese VIP players through chat and telephone calls, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and personalisation
- Acting upon opportunities that drive retention, growth, and reactivation, monitoring new potential VIPs, increase product and brand knowledge
- Carrying out daily reviews of biggest winnings and losses, take advantage of most recent player betting behaviours
- Identifying and providing data-driven solutions and applying the best industry practices in solving queries and taking full ownership of escalated customer issues
- Analysing the performance of your portfolio, key KPIs
- Applying the best practice in relation to hosting and attending events which will require frequent travelling
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years experience within the online gaming industry
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies, sports betting, and casino games
- Very good English and Japan language skills both written and verbal
- Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye on detail
- Commitment to delivering the absolute best VIP experience
- Proactive and positive mindset, ability to handle stressful situations and challenging conversations with the customers
- Ability to multitask and priorities the daily workload
- Project management skills
