Legal Counsel

Our client, a very well established iGaming operator, is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their growing team in Malta.

What You Will Do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, marketing agreements, and internal contracts
• Provide group legal advice
• Provide legal support on banking applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and liaising with financial institutions as needed
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and compliance related to business transactions
• Assist with corporate matters, regulatory filings, and risk management policies
• Work closely with internal departments, including finance, commercial, and operations teams, to ensure legal and commercial alignment

Your Experience:

• Degree in Law (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in gaming law, contract negotiation, and financial regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and provide pragmatic, business-friendly legal advice
