Our client, a Payment Service Provider in the iGaming and Fintech industry, is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role; however, the successful candidate must be based in Malta and have an extensive network within Finnish and Swedish iGaming operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Nordic iGaming sector, particularly Finland and Sweden.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at iGaming operators.
- Promote and sell the company’s payment solutions, demonstrating how they add value to potential clients.
- Lead the full 360 sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing account management.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the iGaming or Fintech industry.
- A strong existing network within Finnish and Swedish iGaming operators is essential.
- Experience in selling payment solutions is highly desirable, but we will also consider candidates with a strong sales background from other service providers in the iGaming sector.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage the entire sales cycle effectively.
- Must be based in Malta with the flexibility to travel when required.
