Senior PHP Developer

Exacta Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing company in the sports betting technology space. We’re looking for a Backend Engineer with expertise in PHP (Symfony framework) to join the team in Cyprus. This is an opportunity to work alongside an international team of skilled professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role is based On-Site/Hybrid in Cyprus.

Your Role
As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing platform features, ensuring high-quality code, and contributing to the overall system architecture.

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using PHP Symfony.
• Design decoupled, well-structured software components with a test-driven approach.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine technical requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Take ownership of the deployment process, ensuring stability and performance.
• Work in an Agile environment alongside international Engineers, Developers, and QAs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in PHP Symfony
• Prior experience in iGaming or Fintech
• Passion for clean code and best development practices.
• Excellent English language skills
